I’m starting the process of fixing the light bar on the morgan and I need to cut all the wiring to get the bar off. I’d like to just replace the connectors rather than splicing the lines in the middle. Anyone know what I’m looking for here?
I dont see any other way of getting the structure off without cutting the lines.

You could probably replace both ends with a different connector if you wanted. Might be ea si er than chasing this one down.

Appears to be just a standard H4 electrical connector, so anything off the shelf should work. Like this:

However, be sure you can’t pull the blades out of the connector and slip them back through first - just in case you don’t have to cut the wires.
It’s pretty typical for there to be a separate wiring pigtail directly to the headlight connecting with bullet connectors - standard automotive industry practice including on my British car from the ‘60s... so naturally Morgan don’t know anything about that.

H4 headlight connector, you can get them without attached cable and just crimp the terminals. Not sure of a local supplier for you.

I just realized the pigtails come prewired so I’ll either need to splice or replace the whole line, time to chase down how far this goes.
